Do not use rtf

Use html

Do not create a .bblx module

Create a .bbli module

Do not use e-Sword ToolTip Tool NT

Use DB Browser for SQLite

It can work, but it takes a lot of time and effort

Below is the html code for Matthew 1:1

I attempted to match your colors

I added the needed dashes back to the RMAC codes for them to work properly

I did not increase the font size of the RMAC codes or the Strong's numbers

I put the RMAC codes and Strong's numbers in a different order than you did, but the order doesn't matter

<table><tr style="vertical-align:top;"><td nowrap style="display:inline-block; padding:4px; text-align:center; border:thin solid #999999;"><font color="#663399">Biblos</font><br /><font color="0000FF"><grk>Βίβλος</grk></font><br /><font color ="FF0000">Libro</font><br /><num><font color="#008000">G976</font></num><br /><tvm><font color="#000000">N-NSF</font></tvm></td><td nowrap style="display:inline-block; padding:4px; text-align:center; border:thin solid #999999;"><font color="#663399">geneseōs</font><br /><font color="0000FF"><grk>γενέσεως</grk></font><br /><font color=#FF0000>del origen</font><br /><num><font color="#008000">G1078</font></num><br /><tvm><font color="#000000">N-GSF</font></tvm></td><td nowrap style="display:inline-block; padding:4px; text-align:center; border:thin solid #999999;"><font color="#663399">Iēsou</font><br /><font color="0000FF"><grk>Ἰησοῦ</grk></font><br /><font color=#FF0000>de Jesucristo</font><br /><num><font color="#008000">G2424</font></num><br /><tvm><font color="#000000">N-GSM</font></tvm></td><td nowrap style="display:inline-block; padding:4px; text-align:center; border:thin solid #999999;"><font color="#663399">christou</font><br /><font color="0000FF"><grk>Χριστοῦ</grk></font><br /><font color=#FF0000>--</font><br /><num><font color="#008000">G5547</font></num><br /><tvm><font color="#000000">N-GSM</font></tvm></td><td nowrap style="display:inline-block; padding:4px; text-align:center; border:thin solid #999999;"><font color="#663399">huiou</font><br /><font color="0000FF"><grk>υἱοῦ</grk></font><br /><font color=#FF0000>hijo</font><br /><num><font color="#008000">G5207</font></num><br /><tvm><font color="#000000">N-GSM</font></tvm></td><td nowrap style="display:inline-block; padding:4px; text-align:center; border:thin solid #999999;"><font color="#663399">Dauid</font><br /><font color="0000FF"><grk>Δαυὶδ</grk></font><br /><font color=#FF0000>de David,</font><br /><num><font color="#008000">G1138</font></num><br /><tvm><font color="#000000">N-GSM</font></tvm></td><td nowrap style="display:inline-block; padding:4px; text-align:center; border:thin solid #999999;"><font color="#663399">huiou</font><br /><font color="0000FF"><grk>υἱοῦ</grk></font><br /><font color=#FF0000>hijo</font><br /><num><font color="#008000">G5207</font></num><br /><tvm><font color="#000000">N-GSM</font></tvm></td><td nowrap style="display:inline-block; padding:4px; text-align:center; border:thin solid #999999;"><font color="#663399">Abraam</font><br /><font color="0000FF"><grk>Ἀβραάμ.</grk></font><br /><font color=#FF0000>de Abraham.</font><br /><num><font color="#008000">G11</font></num><br /><tvm><font color="#000000">N-GSM</font></tvm></td></tr></table>

Hello.

Thank you for your answers.

PeanutGallery, I have installed ToolTipTool NT version 20190819 and I still get the same error. I would really like to be able to do it in this program, is it possible? Why do I keep getting the same error? What does "VALUE ERROR" mean?

On the other hand ElderB, what you did is exactly what I want. Is there any other way to do it faster, that doesn't require a lot of time and effort?

Jogegore,

I believe that the reason that you are getting errors in e-Sword ToolTip Tool NT (both versions) is because e-Sword ToolTip Tool NT is not capable of creating a multi-layer interlinear module from either rtf or html.

There may be some short cuts that could save some time and effort, but it will most likely involve manipulating data files in a program such as Notepad++ or Microsoft Excel, which can be tricky, requiring re-work if one makes a significant mistake.

I don't know if you are determined to continue with the Westcott-Hort Greek.  There is an Interlinear Bible module that is already built on html code, has much of what you want, and could be modified.  It has English instead of Español, and  replacing the one language with the other language is a data manipulation that could be very challenging.  The Greek doesn't appear to be much different, if any, from Westcott-Hort. The colors could be changed if desired.  Instead of the RMAC morphology codes, it uses a different morphology code dictionary.  This Interlinear Bible module is located at:

http://www.biblesupp...er-interlinear/

I don't know how well the data that you are working with is organized, so it is difficult for me to say more.

Thanks for solving my doubt. Now I know that e-Sword ToolTip Tool NT is not capable of creating a multilayer interlinear module.

Actually, I already have the entire Interlinear Bible translated into Spanish, I only attached one verse to serve as an example.

Will there be another program similar to e-Sword ToolTip Tool NT that allows creating .bblx or .bbli modules? Or, how can I create files with those extensions?

Jogegore,

I believe that you will have to take the entire Interlinear Bible translated into Spanish and very carefully manipulate that Bible data by adding html codes so each verse is like the html code that I posted in an earlier message.  Each verse will need to go into a separate database line in the program DB Browser for SQLite.  I will attach a screenshot from DB Browser for SQLite of the one verse that you provided as an example.  When you are done with this, the resulting file will be in a bbli file format.  You just need to name the resulting database file with a .bbli file extension.  This .bbli file will work properly in modern versions of e-Sword for Windows PC.  It should also work well on Android devices, Apple computers, Apple iPhones, and Apple iPads.  Don't worry about creating a .bblx file from this data.
