When a resource has been updated generally there is a Change Log at the bottom of the page which one can view. The problem here and with Naobi's is there are no change logs to show any changes.

This is another good reference source which I use when doing in depth topical study or attempting to find several views to look at (with prayer) in searching out a thing.
I used the bible KJV with the chain link references early and found it very helpful.
