We don't support it and Rick Meyers doesn't either. No one other than e-Sword.net is supposed to host the e-Sword application and so no one here will be able to give you 8.x.

No new modules are being produced in 8.x format. Outside of a few people who are blind and "need" 8.x, the rest of the "old version" crowd seems to have some logical misunderstandings of Bible study software and technology in general. My patience with the 8.x crowd has worn thin. I do not reply to support or module requests anymore for 8.x. At some point, it's just time to move on.

No offense to you personally, of course. Just letting ya know where we stand on it.
