I have just finished and released the following translation as an e-Sword module: The 2015 American Standard Version of the Holy Bible (ASV-2015) Edited by Jeff D. Huddleston. Based on the 1901 American Standard Version (ASV-1901). Difference: In the New Testament (NT) the ASV-1901 follows an eclectic text based on the Westcott-Hort and Tregelles (WH-Trg.) texts; the ASV-2015 follows the Nestle-Aland Novum Testamentum Graece (28th Edition; NA28). Great effort has been taken to not alter the b...

UPDATE: I have made several corrections to the text of "The Disciple's Bible", and renamed and uploaded it as "The 2014 Edition of the American Standard Version of the Holy Bible (ASV-2014)". I am currently working on the final draft of the Disciple's Bible with the New Testament following, as its main text, the Nestle-Aland Novum Testamentum Graece (28th Edition) instead of Scrivner's Textus Receptus; however I intend to continue to remain eclectic throughout by...

In the Darby translation, what do the *asterisks* indicate?...are these words that are emphatic in the original languages?

I have just updated the American Standard Version of the Holy Bible (1901). A friend found 2 errors and they have been fixed. Please let me know if you guys find any other errors; I am working very hard to ensure the integrity of the ASV text. From this point on I will update the module only on a monthly basis as long as errors continue to be identified and corrected. If you have already downloaded the ASV-1901 please go here and reinstall it: http://www.biblesupport.com/topic/5899-bibles-ame...

This is my effort to create an error free electronic text of this great translation. Great care, a host of techniques, and thousands of hours have been put into this work to ensure its integrity; should you find any errors please private message me at my American Standard Version of the Holy Bible - 1901 Facebook page here: https://www.facebook...StandardVersion -- please include the book name, chapter, and verse, and a short description of the error. If you would like a plain text copy of th...

I have just uploaded the 1901 American Standard Version of the Holy Bible (ASV-1901) e-Sword module to the Bible Support website. This e-Sword version of the ASV corrects the errors commonly found in the standard e-text versions of the ASV. This e-Sword module of the American Standard Version implements a great deal of formatting in an effort to create an onscreen text that very much resembles that of the printed editions of the ASV. This e-Sword version has all of the words of Christ in red...

I have updated my Disciple's Bible translation and I want to share it here. This version is formatted for prose and paragraphs, Red-lettering, bold OT references, and has corrected many more of the type-Os and other errors of the original 1901 American Standard Version (there is more to this newer version than I can cover here); also this version, for the most part, follows the Greek Textus Receptus in the New Testament, whereas the previous version followed the Greek Majority Text...how...

Concerning BeST2: While the program now works in Windows Vista it still has one problem (as far as I can see at this point), and BeST has always had this same problem (as far as I know), when creating a Bible module it still flip-flops the text of 1&2 Esdras with 3&4 Maccabees...please, please, please fix this. Thanks.
