Hi,
How Come I cannot download the modules on the weekend in Malaysia?
Is there no fallback on the system to allow that to be done?

That sounds like your service provider, and I doubt it has anything to do with BibleSupport.

Hi Simon,
Ah, I see your actual problem is with the e-Sword Download manager (tool).
I had that problem nearly over a year ago, but I was running a pretty old machine. I don't seem to have that problem now on this new machine.
Just to test what I had just shared, I just downloaded the BI commentary via e-Sword's download manager. Had no issues.
I'm running Windows 8.1 and have e-Sword 10.4

This what I get :--
the file is shown but the 0% downloaded and no Rate of downloads.
So how?

I hope that you pressed "Download" in the top menu and "Start" after selecting the downloads you want. You press the Title, and it should show up in the download window below.
