PDF of my spreadsheet of currently available commercially distributed resources for e-Sword.
The Spreadsheet is in ODF format. Currently maintained using LibreOffice 3.5.x..

For some of the resources, I received a specific request not to list a direct URL. For the spreadsheet, the simple solution is to omit all URLs.
