Marvin: Sorry it has taken so long to answer your post. I never even noticed this problem before and I use the module regularly, but only in studying the NT. The problem is due to the way I had to format the text of the OT (which is when this happens). At the end of each verse I wasn't able able to "wrap up" the superscript formatting of the Strong's numbers or morphological tags with a } ...the NT text I used gave me a space at the end of each verse and I was able to take advantage of that when I did global "Find"/"Replace"; the OT didn't have the space. The only way I could resolve the superscript formatting for each verse of the OT was to put the } at the beginning of the next verse (that's why the OT references are small). The only way to fix this problem (as far as I know) is to go through the OT and manually put the } at the end of the verse and globally remove the } from the beginning of the verse. My LXX-WH (Westcott-Hort) module is built the same way. I may still have the original plain text files for these modules if anyone would be interested in trying to fix this. If I get a chance I will explore these modules and see if I can come up with a way to correct this myself, but as of late my time is very limited. Thanks.
Does it work, I still have a issue with it, when I go tot he OT books they all have symbols, numbers in it...

Jeff, if the problem still exists and you think the answer is just to move the "}" from the beginning of each verse to the end of each verse I'm willing to give it a shot. Let me know how I can get the original plain text files from you and I'll try to fix them. Thanks.
Oh well, using Westcott and Hort, I won't bother with this.
The problem with the compare tab has been corrected as of last update.
