Hello,
I had a similar question back in 2014. That after upgrade, I could not get it to function. Received several replies to my question, thanks for the help by the way! But, they were to no avail.
I did however come to conclusion of the problem:
It seems that the only way SermonAudio Tool works is by having Internet Explorer enabled!
At the time I had IE 11 disabled and was using Google Chrome as my browser. With Chrome not working, enabled IE and it worked great.
Will there ever be a plug-in or work around for this issue?
As of this moment I use Chrome and Firefox as my browsers, shying away from IE more and more. I'm sure there are others with the same dilemma!
