Is there a way to reorder the topics in a topic file?

I have a topic file named "Biblical Law.topx" in documents\esword\

I want to reorder the topics within this file.

I can not find how to change text color for overall e-sword in version 12.1.0.  It used to be under Options/Text Color.

Am I missing something or is it not there? 

I created a topx module for esword using tooltip NT and it worked fine.

I made some modifications to the rtf document file and tried to re-create the topx file.

It creates the file but the file is empty.  I tried another document with no tooltip changes.  Same result.

Any ideas?

Is there a way to convert cmtx file to topx or to load commentaries down in book form.

As an example, the John Peter Lange commentary shows 25 volumes when looking it up.  I would like it in book/volume form as well as in commentary form.  Preferrably .topx or .refx form but if not, in straight book form.  

I know I can look at a commentary by bible chapter or book but would like the book form as well.  That way I could scan the whole volume on words, subjects, etc.

Hey Josh, it would be nice when reviewing a board such as commentary, message or downloads to have a field to enter a direct section to go to.

As an example, when looking at the commentary board there might be 349  "pages" of commentaries.  I might have seen an item I thought was interesting on page 24 but didn't pursue.  I may have made a note to myself about that page.  Eventually I may get to page 50 and realize I wanted to download the item on page 24 but don't have an easy way to get to that page other than going b ack to page 1 and paging through again until I get back to page 24.

Is there a way to do that and I have missed it?

If not, that would be a nice feature.
