With the latest version (and maybe the version before, I'm not sure), e-Sword puts system files in C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword.

You can then search for the file(s) in question and remove them.

To make this a bit easier than the default Window gives, click the Type option (Name, Date Modified, Type, Size, etc.) at the top of the bar. This puts the files in order by their type, making it easier to find the files you want.

Hmm. I see the same thing until I double-click one of those titles on the left (your first and third images). Just clicking it once doesn't show anything at first, but I would imagine you've tried double-clicking them.

Otherwise, you might uninstall and reinstall the program. See if that kicks things in.

Oh, I can see so for the NASB and alike. I just wasn't sure what Bible in particular you were thinking of.

Well, there's the downloadable KJV+ which has Strongs numbers, but I'm trying to think how you could interpolate Strongs with another version; other versions use different words, different phrases.
