Thanks for your help! The desktop ESword version is fine. We have recompiled the MySword version using the great perl scripts in the forum topic regarding formatting for MySword. It converted fine and we uploaded the corrected file. It doesn't show the bold text like the ESword version which I think makes the reading a little easier but it looks fine. We are wanting to test the iPad version before uploading it so we don't make the mistake of assuming it looked okay like we did with the MySword module. I tried uploading the .bbli file that was converted by the ESword conversion tool but the forum said I wasn't allowed to upload that type of file.
So you know, I handle all Jonathan Mitchell's tech stuff.

Ok, I am still foggy on this and will take it to someone at Esword. It may be off topic for this forum. I am not talking about using/selling something that ESword sells. I am talking about something we have full rights to and letting ESword sell it to help contribute to ESword and/or Tooltip. Thanks for all the help on this issue!

Ok, I got the Jonathan Mitchell New Testament all ready for ESword thanks to your great tips and software. This version has been on Amazon for some time now and we are wondering how to go about charging a fee for it so that ESword can also receive a portion?

I am trying to do a demo for the translation of a New Testament Bible for E-Sword. The demo will include a few verses from a few books. I have the latest tooltip.
Question one: How do you separate books? The help file shows only doing the first few verses of Genesis.
Question two: I am having a problem with invalid references when exporting and the first verse of books not showing up. I enclosed the file that is a tiny demo. I have tried separating books with line breaks, without line breaks and nothing works.
Thanks
Richard
