About Me

My Name is Tim Mitchell, I live in New South Wales, Australia.

I have spent 12 years in the Nashville area in ministry with my parents, where we produced a syndicated radio program called Shiloh Country.

I am married to my Lovely wife Liz and we are blessed with two lovely children.

I currently edit several Bible translations of the Aramaic New and Old Testaments into English, and maintain content etc. at our site AramaicNT.com. I am interested in lots of things, including Biblical archaeology, music, blacksmithing, carpentry, antique radio restoration and aviation.

My mission is to get the word of God, and the knowledge of the Truth, into the hands and languages of all that I can: in as close to the original state that it was given as possible.  Also to nourish in others a love of God and His word, with an attitude of true worship and a desire to strive for all that pleases our Heavenly Father.

This module is of the Original Aramaic New Testament in Plain English (OANT) by David Bauscher. It is a literal English translation of the Aramaic Peshitta New Testament and is based on the 1905 Syriac Peshitta edition by the British and Foreign Bible Society, and is a digital version of our printed 8th edition.

Please Note: This is a free module with reduced functionality. The plain English only screenshot is of this specific module. The other screen shots showing the interlinear, dictionary and commentary modules are not included but are shown to indicate some of the functionality our full module set provides. I have just added the Original Aramaic New Testament in Plain English by David Bauscher, and edited by myself, to module downloads.

This is the digital version of our 8th edition printed edition. Available at AramaicNT.com

It is a limited functionality version of our full module set. The full set includes our numbered interlinear in Ashuri and Estrangelo as well as our dictionary and commentary modules. Screen shots of the full set can also be seen on the download page. Here is the module list of our full module set.
