Were you able to download a file from Bible Support and run it, if it was an "exe" file? Are you using e-Sword for Windows?

I find your post may have been deleted by a moderator, as potential SPAM. You need to identify which version of e-Sword you have loaded (there are five versions) and which device you are using. Please check that your device has the latest operating system updates loaded, and that your e-Sword is also up to date.
