Thank you Jim Vanschoonhoven for your request. I have written up an entry HOW TO LOGIN TO BIBLESUPPORT.COM in PDF format (4 pages) which includes how to react when you forgot your password. This was an option currently missing in the files on BibleSupport.Com

Sincerely, Olaf Bacon.

My new computer came today!  Great news!  Now for the bad news I forgot my user name and password and other details!  The good news I stayed signed in on this computer can you send me information on how to sign in on my new computer!  My wife will be able to do it!  I know this sounds crazy stupid but that is what my life is like with brain damage!  I am just praising the Lord Jesus I remember who He is!!!  Do you need my email address or do you have it?  Or  can you just send me information on here some way???

When running e-Sword, use the F1 function key to access the e-Sword User's Guide, which is provided when you download e-Sword direct from Rick Meyers, https://e-sword.net [off site]. Refer to page 1, 2, 20, 41, 42 to see where files are stored.

Rick Meyers answers the question: How can I move my e-Sword to a new computer, at Frequently Asked Questions, - refer to https://e-sword.net/faq.html [off site]

AUTHORIZATION TO DOWNLOAD FILES If files downloaded from https://e-sword.net do not have authorization to load into the C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword folder, then the downloaded file may occur in the following folder. C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword folder.

To see an index of files in this folder with the internet browser, use the option "file:///C:/users/user/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program%20Files%20(x86)/e-Sword/" without the double quotes before and after the link. You can usually "copy" and "paste" these files to the required folder. Alternatively, use the e-Sword Module Installer, by clicking on each file, and checking that the e-Sword ModuleInstaller will copy them to the required directory-folder.
