This is the English language version. There also is a Spanish Language version floating around.

You can use this with Spanish Bibles, just switch the Bible version to Spanish. I like it, thanks

This is designed for e-Sword for the PC.  and is a zipped folder containing one file, Hayford.harx
You need to unzip this file, then copy the unzipped file to the C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword folder. If you have downloaded BibleSupport.com Module Installer 0.6 and have run that file since loading e-Sword on your PC, that will assist you to load a copy of the unzipped file, when you select the Hayford.harx module, to the required e-Sword folder.
Then to view, restart e-Sword. Then select the option Bible > Harmony. 
This Harmony screen provides the option to select the Bible from those you have loaded to your PC. If the Bible is only NT then the OT reference will display no text. If the Bible is OT only, then the NT will display no text, but will show the reference.
 
The Tab name is Hayford
This provides A Harmony of the Gospels in 189 events, with approx. place and date of events.
