A Study Bible and Restoration of the Original Scriptures.
This translation is a compilation of scriptures from the Paleo-Hebrew portions of the Dead Sea Scrolls, a revision of Brenton’s translation of the Greek Septuagint (LXX), and the Codex Sinaiticus, Old Greek Daniel and the Codex Alexandrinus, including the New Testament from the Codex Vaticanus. This is an unique translation with Jesus name in the Old Testament based upon Holy Spirit led understanding of the ancient Paleo-Hebrew language.
All scriptures are in all caps uppercase as part of the restoration of original scriptures which were also all uppercase letters.
The AOB uses the word "Theos" in place of "God" because this is how the Greek Septuagint (LXX) & the New Testament was written.
Includes the Apocrypha.
NOT Traditional Mainstream
This is NOT a "mainstream" traditional bible. If you are comfortable in mainstream traditional religion and do NOT want to question why you believe the way that you do, then this is NOT the bible translation for you. In my research of many bible translations, what I saw very clearly is that they were polluted with man's doctrines based upon mainstream, traditional religion passed down from Assyria, Babylon, Persia, and the Greek and Roman Empires. But The Alpha & Omega Bible is translated without the bias of traditional denominations of mankind. Almost everyone in the world's religions will falsely accuse the notes in the AOB to be based upon my personal opinions and doctrines of man. But the fact is, that there are NO personal opinions in these notes, but only the true explanation of the scriptures. These notes and the translation itself will challenge your long held traditional beliefs. Therefore, it will be met with extreme hostility as you can see from people's comments/reviews below! The holy scriptures tell us that Jesus, the apostles, prophets and disciples were ALL greatly persecuted, and it was rare that anyone (even among religious leaders) believed or accepted true doctrine or true prophecy/revelation. The scriptures also proclaim that the devil has deceived the ENTIRE world, Rev.12:9, AND that the world WILL HATE the true followers of Jesus. This is extremely clear in scripture and you will see how true the bible is, as you eye-witness people's reactions to the truth of GOD's Holy Word. In JESUS Name.

I was very disappointed. If the translations and comments for the first two verses of Genesis are any indication, this bible is all about fallen man's ideas and how crazy they can be. Nobody can be expected to believe that the comments are in any way based on what is contained in the original text rather than being some pretty wild speculation base entirely on man's opinion.
Well, you've got to cut him some slack. He barely finished 10th grade and now since he has matured the serious issues of life have required he investigate them. But he lacks the educational foundation to do so without veering off into ruts along the wayside with his undisciplined critical thinking. I see it a lot on my YouTube channel for our new translation. People just like him come vomiting half baked ideas about language regarding names. They think that they can figure out the issue with names between languages just based on pronunciation. They concoct all kinds of ridiculous ideas and then treat those like they have replaced the Gospel of Christ. Pray for him that he will be released from this trap of the devil before he does more damage to more helpless believers who are like sheep.
You should leave the heavy lifting of translating to those God has prepared over their entire lifetime for this very task.
I am fascinated by firstly what I believe is the truth in all of your above answers to critics. Secondly I have not yet installed the version you have made available so I am sure it is going to be a fascinating and enlightening journey I am about to take. Thirdly I have only one seemingly negative comment and would like you to explain in detail where you are gaining your knowledge about the "Rapture." I will then make comment according to what I trust The Almighty YaHUaH has shown me. Be blessed as we together are on this journey of discovery of the TRUTH of His Word both old and new covenant that people call old and new testaments, The Bible.

Exactly. I was first excited when I began reading the intro and then it went nuts. Yes we should be use YaHUaH and YaHUsHua as the correct names. The so-called founding fathers of Christianus AKA Cretinism (no I am not insulting anyone, this is etymological fact https://www.etymonline.com/word/cretin), even admitted that the Natsarim at that time still possessed a Hebrew copy of MatitYahu (AKA Matthew)
Anyway it is all YaHUaH's Will, those that can see and those that are blinded. YMMV, lol. I am also of Ashkenazi descent but this does not mean I have any Yahudi or any other one of the tribes of Yisra'el in me. But keeping the Commandments and working hard to not sin may, just may allow me to be grafted in. I continue to show my belief by my works, as we are instructed to do by Mashiach and His emissaries. This is the problem with using Greek as primacy for The Renewed Covenant. Greek, much like English, is an abstract language. Hebrew is concrete. The word Ahaba/Ahava = love, which is a verb and not a warm fuzzy feeling inside. It can also encompass that but well I think I've made my point. YaHUaH Willing this will resonant with many here but I strongly expect no more than a tiny fraction on those using E-Sword to have a similar though process. Many will be called but few will be chosen. As true today as it was in the garden. One brother accepted & the other denied. The first murder.
I make no claim to vast education in languages or biblical knowledge (Christian or others) beyond my upbringing as a Southern Baptist, a non-denominational Christian in the USN & a questioning non-denominational Christian today. As a 70+ year old believer in the saving grace of Jesus Christ, I have had questions in my heart & mind about all translations/rewrites of the "Christian" Bible.
My very first one was the use of "kill" rather than "murder" in "Thou shalt not...". The Bible is filled with war & death ordained by God (Jesus). This is my first test for any version I investigate. Many old testament beliefs/laws were redefined once Jesus Christ arrived/died/arose on our behalves. Eating "unclean" or "sacrificed" food sources are not the things that send us to hell. It is our thoughts & hearts that produce good & evil words & actions that result in damnation. BUT, we are taught that many newbies to the faith might be misled if advanced Christians practice these freedoms in front of them. As we grow & learn we are to practice self-restraint in all things so as not to cause anyone to stumble. That does NOT include our belief in the Word. Our belief is all that we have. Our faith in Jesus Christ.
I have just discovered the AOB & was immediately attracted to many aspects. To be honest, I don't think anyone is going to win an argument over ancient alphabets & languages. Kind of like Stephen King arguing with Shakespeare about how each used the English language & what the words mean. Only 400+ years separates them & they share the language. Throw in thousands of years & a dead language or two & we are left with just our individual belief systems. Argument is pointless. Take the wheel, Jesus Christ, as we are completely in Your hands, believer & non-believer alike.
I will be commenting more as I study & compare the AOB with NKJV via study tools & prayer. KJV was my primary Bible most of my life but it did result in questions that the AOB has answered in a very short time. The AOB page comparing the KJV was my very first read. For me, a lot of the AOB is wordy & confusing with the internal mixing of explanations & old & new translations in the verses. I would really like to see the AOB verses & long winded explanations separated. Thus the use of NKJV with e-sword for AOB comparison.
Point to be made today is the lesson taught by (Question: Why is the name "Lucifer" only in KJV in Isa.14:12?).
I have not been confused by this as it seems plain to me that this is not about satan or someone called lucifer or any particular celestial object. "bringer of dawn" is the literal translation. Isaiah 14 has always seemed to me to be a taunt/warning for a Babylon king. Which one is not completely clear. Not really important to be an object lesson for leaders today. IMHO. ;>)

You really think we are so stupid? There have been plenty of anti-Semitic Jews. Many Jews are atheists and hate their fellow Jews for believing in God. I am also of Jewish ancestry, but that doesn't make me a Jew anymore than it makes YOU a Jew. You are a deceitful person and evidently self-deceived.
