I have e-Sword HD.  How what are the steps to download the e-Sword version of College Press Commentaries to my Ipad?

I have downloaded the Ipad version of College Press Commentaries but unable to understand how to get the download to my Ipad.  Can anyone give me a step by step explanation on how to do this?
