I added a column for date in Library Manager, which displays "Date Modified".
But note that changing tab name or description changes the "Date modified" of the file.

Is there a utility that 1) catalogs your installed modules - as E-Sword Resourcer does - and 2) checks that catalog against available downloads to let you know which modules need to be updated?
If such a utility is not available, which programing genius is going to take on the challenge of designing and writing such a tool?
