#43625 Missing font?

Hello, I can't figure out what font I'm missing from this screenshot I've attached. It's the square box characters which are used in place of missing fonts. I'm using eSword ver. 13.0.0.

#42721 Download menu in eSword 13 is greyed out

I'm unable to make downloads in eSword due to the menu being greyed out. How can I fix this? Internet connection is fine and it works. I'm running Windows XP Professional SP3 32bit inside of a virtual machine on Ubuntu 22.04 Cinnamon. I remember reading that for eSword 13 to work in WINE it needs Windows Media Player 12... so if I only have Windows Media Player 9 in Windows XP is that the issue?
