Just to let you know, after being given sound advice, I’m still failing to download Thayer’s Unabridged dictionary. The sound advice is shown below ((1)+(2)):

(1)

I just download it without any problems, here are the steps from downloading from this site:

When you first select a module to download you are taken to the information window for that module. Directly to the right of the module title is a green button marked "Download"

Click the download button and you are taken to a second screen with a three item description concerning the licensing of the module.

Below the three item description is an empty check box labeled "I agree to the terms in the license agreement".
Check the box and a blue button will appear labled "Agree and Download" click this button and the actual download screen will appear

Thayer's Unabridged Greek - English Lexicon of the New Testament 0.3 has two download options, one is the the module itself which is 10.68 mb. The other is a self-installing exe that is 1.88mb in size if you download this file and then run it the module will be automatically be installed into e-Sword. If you download the module on it's own you will have to install it into e-Sword manually by copying the file into the e-sword folder on your computer.

##If file is an .exe (an installer program file) double click the file, and follow any prompts the installer brings up.## else##
Right mouse click on the Thayer....dctx file and a menu will appear
Select "Copy" on the menu with the left mouse button
Now back to your desktop. In the white space next to the "windows logo icon" bottom left of your desktop screen. Type in without the quote marks "File explorer" and press enter on your keyboard.
This will open a new file explorer window
You should see "Windows (C " icon, double click on it and it will open that folder.
Double click on the icon, "Program Files (x86)"
Double click on the icon, "e-Sword"
You have arrived at the e-Sword folder where you should see your other resources.
On the large icon bar above you will see "Paste" and it has a clipboard icon above. Click on that clipboard icon.
Congratulations you have just pasted that .dctx file to your e-Sword resources
Now start or restart e-Sword, and you should see the Thayer dictionary in your dictionary tab.
Of course there are other ways of moving the file from downloads... but let's get one working.

I'm computer illiterate. Could some one PLEASE HELP. I have a major problem...I'm involved with 2 different Christian firms, the 1 is called BibleSuppot.com who supplies all of the files, etc, and the other, e-Sword.net, receives the downloads and installations from BibleSupport.com and use them as programs. Now, where the major problem is that e-Sword is not receiving and all of the files are coming directly to me and/or often to both at the same time and can't be opened. How could I change that?

Once before I had help to download and install Thompson's Chain Reference ("dictionary")

Good day Josh.

PLEASE HELP.

I've just spent over a week, trying to install a 'Dictionary' from BibleSupport.com to e-Sword. I have just found out that it was being posted to the wrong "address" ( e.g.  ....\user\jeep\... instead of to a file in e-Sword ...\program(x86)\...\dctx). Now Josh, could you help me out here? I have no clue of how to correct that?

May God bless you abundantly,

Gordon Mylroie
