The colored text is just that colored text with Red used for the words of Jesus in the New Testament, grey for italicized text found in print bibles, blue for Hebrew and Greek. I am not sure what you mean by a overlaying with a commentary module. Commentary modules are separate modules in e-Sword that appear in a separate window in the program. For e-Sword you would only need 1 bible module in bblx and bbli and one commentary module. I am not sure what would be needed for print editions.
TJ, both Grok and Copilot are telling me that any formatted text cannot be accomplished without this; that ToolTip only works for bblx when pasting from Notepad. So far, I cannot create bblx. I can create parameters. I can format the text in rtf. I can save in rtf. But my carets for footnotes don't disappear as I'm told they should. The ALT+M for floating footnotes won't load. I've stripped out all extraneous characters. Then when I try to save bblx, my parameters highlight, and nothing else happens. What am I missing?
