e-Sword Macro and HotKey

I use the e-Sword macro in Word quite frequently. This morning I launched the e-Sword Hotkey. Since then, when I use the e-Sword macro in Word, I'm getting Strong's numbers...

 

For G1063 God G2316

 

Within the e-Sword Hotkey, under Macro: Copy/Style, every style I choose has the Strong's numbers as well. 

 

Is there a way I can go back to just bringing in the verse only, without the Strong's numbers?

I'm a new user of the e-Sword Hotkey, and I have some questions about functionality:

 

1. How does Simple Mode work? (I can't see a difference between it and Speed Macro)

2. How does Speed Lookup work?

3. What is Speed Folio?
