Just Upgraded to 11.02- Problems (Highlights and

Hi

 I just upgraded to 11.02 from 10.04 and now my highlighting is completely messed up. Here is a screenshot:

Is this a bug or can I do something to fix it? Also, the space between lines in 11.02 is much larger, something I do not like. Is there a way to adjust this?
