hi

maybe your sdCard need to be formatted by your tablet or phone.  or the sdCard that is external, is too big memory for the devise.

for me I brought a 64 gig for my tablet but it does not like it, so I got me a 32 gig and it works

thanks

Hey patchworkid,

Since I started using the Nook I have used the same 8gb card.  But I thought about what you said, so I decided to format the card in the Nook.  Well, it only allowed me to format it to 4 gig, I moved all my MySword files back onto the card and now the app works.  My card must be failing, I know that people are able to use 8, 16, and even 32gb cards in their Nooks running Cyanogenmod, I guess it is time for a new card.

Just wanted you to know that your advice was not ignored. Thanks.

Have a blessed day all.

David

Josh Bond, Thanks for the response.

My original question delt with an issue I am having with my Nook Color.  I actually purchased the Nook to run MySword on it.  And for the last few years it has worked fine.  MySword quit working for me at the last update.  I had been running CM7 for quite some time and decided to update to CM10.1 which is Jellybean 4.2.2. in hopes that that would solve the issue.  Well, MySword now opens but it will not save the configuration with this error, "Failed to initialize the UI after initializeUI Restore history.null", nor can I perform searches as I get this error when I attempt to search "Failed post-initialization.null".  As far as I can discern the problem seems to lie with MySword not accessing the microsd card where all the modules are stored.  I am trying to figure out if this is a MySword problem or a CyanogenMod 10.1.0 problem.  So far I have done everything I know to do (what little that is) on the CyanogenMod side to no avail.

Patchworkid, the sd card worked fine for MySword before the last MySword update (and other apps are able to access it).

I appreciate any assitance offered on this issue.

Thanks all, and have a great day.
