I just viewed the add ons tutorial. Would like to use that feature but my version does not show that option under the Bibles tab like it does in the tutorial. The ap store only offers a for purchase version of eSword for my Mac but no upgrades for the version I already have. Before I invest, does anyone know if this is the solution I need? Thanks!

Sorry, I'm not sure what you are asking about concerning "add-ons". Do you have the link to the tutorial you were watching? What version do you have? The Mac version and PC versions are different. I have the latest version of e-Sword X (V. 3.2) and there isn't an "add-ons" option under the Bible menu...
Did you mean Modules, like Bibles, and Dictionaries? The newest version of e-Sword X has the capability of downloading these and it is found under File> Resources> Download... Most of the new Modules are compatible with the Mac version, but some of the older Modules aren't.
