Community Status Updates

I just had to smoke something today. . . (in my new smoker, nothing else Thank you Jesus lol!!!) So, I have 15 brats on and a dozen eggs smoking with with hickory and apple wood. . . We will soon know the delight or not, of smoked eggs. . . :)
