Community Status Updates

I know it's a bit early...but since all we are doing is prepping for our Christmas Outreaches, this is appropriate. So, here's the first of many Christmas videos to come. (Because many have asked, Kendra Whitten Blanton has requested not to be in these, so she is not in ... some of them...lol)

Seriously, this is Katrina D Walker and Jonathan Perkins...while watching Dr. Who and discussing their coffees.

Mark Ingersoll, I immediately thought of you when I saw this. I'll admit it, I shared it after I got off the floor laughing.

Went to Alamogordo today and loaded up a large trailer and truck full of donations for Juarez.

We are hosting a neighborhood association meeting this morning at The Embassy Church of El Paso. Time to get the coffee flowing.

Machismo - just had a discussion about how prevalent and blinding this bondage is too men and women in El Paso. Nothing like early morning coffee and prayer...now if only I was a morning person.

After church, took kids out to use their new telescope and checked out the full moon. Awesome moments.

So nice seeing more snow gently falling this morning. Never would have thought of seeing white stuff on Christmas in El Paso...very nice indeed.

Oh wow! Weatherman says 50% chance of snow for us on Friday! White Christmas?!? Wait a minute...is this El Paso...isn't this suppose to be a desert?

Children's Christmas Play is tonight at 7PM. Refreshments will be after. Join the fun.

Did the last haul to Juarez delivering Christmas gifts to children and got to help with one Christmas outreach. We delivered about 1,500 gifts to children! Unbelieveable! I'll also be doing my first water baptisms in Juarez soon. Very excited.

Took the kids to the life-sized Wilderness Tabernacle today. Neat experience.
