You guys are amazing. I looked and didn't find any of this. I found a version Google made. It was the 1914 edition.
I think if a book was first copyrighted in the US then regardless of where it's printed US laws apply for renewals and expiration. If it's first copyrighted in another country then because of NAFTA or other international laws the international laws can apply.
Good point about who copyrighted it versus who printed it!
