I've just discovered that the files for the 3 versions I recently added are not showing in the e-Sword folder. I suppose that is the reason they are not in the Word Macro. I am able to use them in e-Sword. I guess that means they are hidden for some reason. I do not know what to do about that.

I am only guessing, but the 3 files could have been placed in the VirtualStore folder. Try a search for Virtualstore, and see if your files are there.

Jon,
Thanks a million! I searched as you suggested, moved, and now all is well. Word Macro is working now!

Yes, they installed just fine. I am able to use the three Bibles within e-Sword, just have not been able to use the new versions in the Word Macro. I have restarted the computer and no difference. Was considering re-installing the Macro, but have not done that yet.

I have recently added three versions to e-Sword, one of them being NKJV from eStudySource, Inc., and two Indonesian versions. I cannot get these versions to show up in the SELECT BIBLE TRANSLATION menu. I have shut down and re-opened both Word and e-Sword. Is there some trick to getting the versions to show up so they can be selected, and then pasted into Word?

click on the Windows "start" button (lower left corner of the screen) and at the bottom of the menu, you'll find a "search program and files" box. Type this in the box - *.cmtxi - (without the dashes or spaces). Your computer should find that file.
OK, I did this and no file was found. I suppose I can try to convert again. Any other suggestions? Would it normally place the file in the e-Sword folder? I am confident the conversion took place. It was a rather large file and it took considerable time to go through it.

Did it search the correct drive? It seems possible (not likely, but possible) that the converter put the finished .cmtxi module on a different drive than your c: drive. What drive (and folder) is your converter on?
The converter is on C: in the e-Sword folder. The only other drive is D: Recovery Drive.

After I converted my first commentary module successfully, I knew the file name with the extension *.cmti. However, I had to search my c: drive to find the file. It was here:
C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword."
THANKS! That is exactly where my file was.

For the first time I tried to convert a commentary module to HD for my iPad. The tool opened and I was able to select the Commentary category. The tool ran through the module, but I do not know where the converted file wound up. I did not see any way to tell the tool where to file the converted module. I've looked in the e-Sword file where the other modules are located, but did not find the CMTXI file. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to find the missing file?
