Extracted contents of the zipped folder are nine different files, named as follows:

All of these files were processed correctly into the C:\ProgramData\e-Sword\ folder, when I used the "BibleSupport.com Module Installer 0.6" This time the file names were not chopped short after 49 characters, when they were placed in This PC > Windows (C:) > ProgramData > e-Sword folder.
Checked that the files were in the folder.

Started e-Sword v15.1.1 
The new longer filenames are shown now in the e-Sword Reference Library.
In e-Sword Options>Resource Settings, these two entries are listed in Commentaries, as follows:

The spelling error noticed by Steve Waller in 2015 has not been corrected. This is in Ezekiel 38, where the name "Gog" in the original was changed to "God", and where the name "Gog" was changed in Ezekiel 39 to "Cog" and "God". Perhaps the person who checked the conversion into e-Sword did not have the word "Gog" added to his spelling dictionary. But this is quickly seen when you compare the commentary with the more standard texts of the Bible, such as KJ2000, KJVA, KJV, AFV, which can be quickly done using e-Sword version 15.2 View Layouts where search on the open chapter can be quickly searched.. 

Thank you Josh for putting this together. 30,000+ pages across 59 books isn't small work, and the extra reference library (Crawford, DeWelt, Willis, Wartick) is a nice bonus. Installed fine on my side. These are more like textbooks than quick-reference commentaries, so I'll mostly use them for deeper study and lesson prep. God bless your effort.
