Trying out pop-up notes to incorporate Hitchcock and/or JB Jackson with King James Bible.
Resources:
H: "Hitchcock's New and Complete Analysis of the Holy Bible" written by Roswell Dwight Hitchcock and published in 1871.
JB: Dictionary of Proper BIBLE Names by J B Jackson
SM: James Strong & John McClintock's Cyclopedia
Strong: Strong's Concordance

Challenges:
01. spelling of names differences Hitchcock ↔ KJB
02. missing names Hitchcock ↔ KJB
03. root names \w punctuations
04. root names \w suffixes
05. compound names
Downside:
01. large file about 8MB; vacuum;
02. not all names are noted.
Upside:
01. faster access to definitions using pop-up notes instead of flip flopping between KJB Bible <-> Hitchcock's dictionary.
If there is any interest please feel free to post incorrect or missing definitions.
Editing will be ongoing for quite awhile; I don't expect a quick completion.

- v2.0 Due to multiple resources used, I renamed the module from kjb_hitchcocki.bbli to KJB_NAMES.bbli with Abbreviation KJB+Names
- v1.06 more names, editing, clean-up, later I'll remove unneeded tables, and do a vacuum, hopefully reduce size.
- v1.05 more names; H: for Hitchcock; JB: for JB Jackson; been using both to find names.
- v1.04 Included some names from "Dictionary of Proper BIBLE Names by JB Jackson"
- v1.03 editing
- v1.02 Added a couple of Names; cleaned up some white spaces. Still ongoing.
