I am having a similar problem. It responds with installed correctly but I don't see it in the dictionary tab.
I have several addons and are working but this is not. I am using version 10.4 and have downloaded the version for it.
I have everything in the d:\e-sword directory and when I browse that folder after the install it is located in that folder.
Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?
