Ovo nije tek još jedan u nizu prijevoda Biblije jer donosi neke novine i postavlja nove standarde, slijedeći pritom već poznate i priznate prijevode.
Prevođeno je s izvornih jezika (hebrejskog, aramejskog i grčkog), a prijevod se temelji isključivo na Mazoretskom tekstu Staroga zavjeta i Prihvaćenom tekstu (Textus Receptus) Novoga Zavjeta, ergo izvornicima s kojih su prevedeni King James Biblija, Češka Kralicki Biblija, Ruska sinodijalna Biblija, Ženevska Biblija i dr.
