Is there a way to convert, say, the topic writings file from Apple to Windows formats? The converter tool from Windows to Apple works perfectly, but I also would prefer to have a way to go the other way too.

e-Sword 11 for Windows can use both Windows and Apple module formats so conversion is not really required. Versions of e-Sword for Windows prior to 11 can only use modules formatted for Windows use

As Mr Higgins has shared, and I concur (as would everyone else would) there in no need to due to that all resources for e-Sword HT, LT, and X can be used on e-Sword for PC, and as such require no conversion. That said, only e-Sword for PC resources require conversion.

Just a point of clarification from Rick Meyers as to what is compatible between current e-Sword for PC and Apple devices.

(I asked Rick, if .topi files were compatible)

Jon,
No.  All of the modules are perfectly compatible, but not the user files.

Hi Jon,

Ta on the clarification.

I would venture to say that this is something not many would have know., including myself.

So for that, mate, good job done, and much appreciated.

Blessings,

My guess (and that is all it is considering I don't use any Apple device) is they will work in both. If Not, then open the file in Tooltip Tool NT, and from there export it as a notx file.

Hope this helps.
