Make an advanced search for some words.

The advanced search accessed by the gear icon at the top right of the page.  Annotation 2019-06-26 091011.png   5.22K   0 downloads

 

As an example put these in the search (with the commas) Español, Spanish, Biblia, comentario

Set parameter "e-Sword downloads"

Press "Search Now"

You should have many results to sift through. Beware that there will be results for MySword resources included, and these don't work as is on e-Sword.
