Not a problem... We forgive you. Next time you're in serious trouble. Nah, just kidding.
That said, we all have the tendency of not seeing the obvious, of not seeing the answer is staring right in one's face, and so we kind of panic. It happens to be one of those quirks that happens on the brain, that for some reason one gets so locked into whatever he/she is doing, that when a problem arises out to the blue, or that one forgotten how to do something -- it really throws you. These kind of things (albeit in different circumstances) have happened to me. Like, it took me three years to solve a programming problem despite the answer staring at me right in the face. So there you are.
So on that note, glad that everything has worked out for you..
