The copyright owner of a complete Bible commentary (in French) may be interested in having it developed into an e-Sword module.

This is copyrighted material, but the owners will likely want the module downloadable without a fee.

The copyright owners would like to see a sample release/permission form.  Could someone please reply and attach an appropriate sample form?

The copyright owner needs to contact Rick Meyers at www.e-sword.net

RIght, if the copyright owner wants the material distributed through e-Sword itself (the downloads within e-Sword), then they need to speak with Rick Meyers.

If the copyright owner wants to produce an e-Sword module for distribution through this website, then they don't need any permission. They/you can simply create the module with the content, since they own the rights to its distribution.

Thanks for wording it like that. This is something I tried to say a few hours ago but gave up on it because I kind of got myself tongue tied and spitting chips.

Had to give your reply a like.
