I was thinking that at one time I saw a kjv Bible version that had the names of people and places highlighted and when you clicked on them it would pronounce the word. Is there a bible version like this or was I just wishing for one? I can't find it now.

Never seen anything like that in my experience

Over the years there have been a number of KJV software packages released for PC's that have included a wide variety features so perhaps one of these is what you saw.

I've not seen what you're looking for, but NSBD(T) and Holman Bible Dictionary (Both downloadable for e-Sword) give a lot of pronunciations. You may wish to download and check them out if you're not already using them.
