In the windows version of e-Sword there was an option to check for upgrade to e-sword itself.. I can not find this option in e-sword X. Anyone have any ideas?

thanks

Ask Rick Meyers as he is the best source of that kind of information.

Only Apple App Store updates

And so what of it???

Rick Meyers is the author of e-Sword X, HT, LT, and Windows PC platforms, and as such knows these programs like the back of his hand. Where you download it from is irrelevant. What is relevant is for any issues with the program itself or things like this:

the best person to ask is about it, is ... guess who? Rick Meyers.

You see, it is as obvious as the skin on your knows that Kaz is well aware that e-Sword X is downloaded from the Apple app store. But that is not the relevant point. The relevant factor is e-Sword X doesn't seem to have that menu item that e-Sword for Windows has for checking for updates, and so he wants some answers around that issue. Ergo, the best person to ask is Rick Meyers. Kapish?!
