trouble converting 8 modules to 9

I tried using the Converter to make these 8.x modules into 9.x modules, but was asked for a password each time. Are these all copyrighted and were only available for 8.x for a special reason? Hadith of Bukhari, Sonlight Maps, Dore woodcuts, Holman Christian Standard Bible. Thanks.

Hi, Yes they are copyright. the converter will not convert them.
