ZIP modules won't install

I can't install any ZIP modules at all. All it does is open my e sword program and nothing else. Never had this problems before.

A file association problem? right click on a zip file and "open with" and v by "always"  "File Explorer"

I read that microsoft's updates have broken something related to zip files, don't know if they have fixed it or not.  You might snoop https://www.tenforums.com/

That is perhaps the simplest way of going about it. Alternative is to use software such as Winzip, 7Zip or similar to extract the file from a zip file, but that can be quite complicated and difficult to do if one doesn't know how to go about it.

Not totally clear on your issue.

Just guessing.

Were you previously using the Module Installer program from this site, so that a double click on an e-sword file would install it?

If that is the case, download and install the Module Installer again, reboot your computer and try again.

I've read that file associations with Win32 apps (e-Sword) is broken in the Windows update.  That is not good.
