I cannot find the updated Bob Utley commentary, only the 2014 version.  Any idea where the updated version is located?

Blessings

The 2014 seems to be the most recent according to its official website:

According to http://www.biblelessonsintl.com/founder.htm there have been a number of Commentaries added by Bob Utley since the last updated by Bible Support, in 2014. These publications include

2014 ‒ Job, Exodus, exegetical commentary
2015 ‒ Leviticus commentary, exegetical commentary

2016 ‒ Judges, Ruth, 1 and 2 Chronicles commentaries, exegetical commentary

2017 ‒ 1 and 2 Samuel commentary, exegetical commentary

2018 ‒ 1 and 2 Kings commentary, exegetical commentary

2019 ‒ Proverbs commentary, exegetical commentary

Bible Lessons International now produces exegetical commentaries and other Bible study aids in 50 languages and puts them online free for the world. You can: read them online, download them to your hard drive, print them out.

Would Josh Bond or one of his associates make arrangements for the existing entries provided by Bible Support to be updated, please.

Olaf,

Here's a genuine suggestion for you.

You, like me, are in our Senior years, in our 70s. I'm about a year younger than you (73 and in about a couple of months 74). That said, for me, I still love learning new things. Seriously, I do. So, in what I am about to share, its not a case of not practicing what I preach or a case of do what I say, and not do what I do kind of thing.

With that said, and gotten that out of the way, here's my suggestion:

Download and install ToolTip Tool NT (otherwise known affectionately as T4) and you learn how to create the resources such as those you want others to do.

Mate, I learned how to program when I was in my mid 50's (No joke), and cream much brighter and more capable students than me in my class; then you, who is of a much higher IQ and a tad older and wiser then me, should have no problem learning a knew skill and creating resources for e-Sword.

This is how I know you are that good. Every time I read any of your posts the one thing that comes across is the excellence of your grammar and communication skills.  That shows me you're a really well educated person. Not kidding! So, with all that said, only one thing remains... Give it a go, and you just may surprise yourself. Fair dinkum.

Thank you for your comment, Stephen (aka APsit190).

Perhaps I'll try that if the People in charge of this country would not keep turning off the electricity supply for hours on end, many times day and night, every day of the year. The turning off the power seriously disrupts successful research on any topic, and keeps destroying PC after PC. The powerstations have been sabotaged by those in charge, who have allowed inferior coal to be provided to feed and destroy the boilers (there are mafia type con men who pay the drivers to unload top quality coal and upload poor quality coal laced with black stones), or stealing of diesel supplies, or not implementing proper quality preventative maintenance logsheets, daily, weekly, monthly, and annually, ever since the change of Government to "majority" rule in this country.
I usually manage to start to research, to find ways to provide a useful answer to at least one query, before the power gets cut!

Incidently, the price of electronics in South Africa is probably at least twenty times what you would pay to get a similar product in a country run by people who knew how to invent the use of the electricity network in a productively run country which is not under Communist control. That which you count in hundreds of dollars, we have to count in thousands of Rands.
