Is there a way to hyperlink from a Word Document to eSword?

In the process of translating notes from my Grandfathers Bible, it would be nice to build the tree structure of the studies and have them link into eSword (to open the verse or other book)

The utility, e-Sword HotKey will allow one to open scripture references from Word, a web browser, and other digital documents in e-Sword.
