The KJV and KJV+ show italics also in grey in parallel view, but my other versions don't show up.  Is there a reason for this or a way to change it?

I assume you are using e-Sword version 11

 

There was a change to the format of modules properly supported. They need to have html content not the old rtf. So from within e-Sword Download page you would have probably seen the need to update resources, and those I guess will be working ok. On the other hand, any Bibles downloaded from this site could still be in rtf format and need to be converted using e-Sword official converter here https://www.e-sword....les/convert.exe

It is easier to use the converter.
