While using Zerr I clicked on the chapter icon just out of curiosity. I was in Ezekiel 13 at the time. There appeared a different reference work there. Does anyone know what it is? And there are other references in other locations I was not aware of. Is there a list of what these references are?

Commentary contents can be displayed in three ways; by individual verse, by chapter and full book commentary. Looking at the download page for the Zerr commentary it does in fact contain all 3 types of notes verse, chapter and full book.
