Good evening,

I am thinking of using e-Sword as my Bible Software in future, my main concern regards Topic Notes, I use lots of notes for small group Bible study preparation, personal study etc, my concern is once there are hundreds of Topic Notes how would I ever find the one I am looking for. Is it possible to put them in folders?

Many thanks for help

Regards

Lewis

I would suggest perhaps downloading a looking the E-Sword Users Manual which is in PDF format and can be downloaded from here on Bible Support. The manual covers every detail of using E-Sword and all of its functions, in a very detailed fashion including how e-sword handles and stores topic notes

Here is the link to download the manual: http://www.biblesupp...-revision-8114/

All versions of E-Sword starting with version 10 and up have a built in Reference Library Window which allows for quick and easy access to all of a users reference materials. This includes Reference Modules, Topic Modules and Topic notes. The Reference Library Window has a drop down menu that shows a list of all of your reference or topic files in alphabetical order based on how you name your individual topic notes.

Hi

Many thanks for these suggestions, unfortunately I am on eSword X, on MAC, which is quite different, more limited I suppose so the manual is not much help.

Many thanks for taking the time to respond

Lewis
