Hello!

I've been browsing through this site for a while and through E-sword site as well and can't get the answer to a simple question - are the MySword modules compatible with E-sword? I.e. can I download the MySword modules and attach them to E-sword?

The simple answer is no.

Short answer NO. E-Sword is for a PC or apple  MySword is for Android

I see. And is there an easy way to adapt one format to another without fully re-writing it? Maybe there's some conversion tool or something like that?

No MySword modules are not compatible with E-Sword. E-Sword and MySword are two different programs that use different file formats for their modules. 

However there is a tool called Simple Bible Reader that can convert modules from E-Sword to MySword as well as MySword to E-Sword. you can find simple bible reader here:

Is there a specific modules you're looking for? I would think most (if not all) modules available for MySword are also available for PC eSword.

I think it is not difficult to convert a MySword module into a e-Sword module. There are tools around, I think.

I think it is not difficult to convert a MySword module into a e-Sword module. There are tools around, I think.

Generally speaking, if there is an e-Sword resource of it, then there is a MySword equivalent.

 

To Actually know what resources are available for any platform (Windows, Android (MySword), iOS/Mac), I still believe something like what this image below should be incorporated.

That way everyone will know what there is and what there isn't. And for the life of me, I have no idea as to why something like that hasn't been done.
