I have version 11.1 on both by desktop and laptop. Both had the Zerr. However, several days ago the Zerr disappeared from my laptop while still on my desktop. It does not show up on the Options/Resource list nor in the list to download. What do I do to find it?

Type in the search bar in Windows File Explorer the file name with the extension, e.g. zerr.cmtx (or whatever the actual filename is) and hit the Enter button. If the file is on your system then it will find it; if not, then it must have been (accidentally) deleted, then you will have to reinstall it.

Blessings,

Thank you kind sir. The file is indeed missing on my laptop. By reinstalling it won't I have to download it again?  AM

I just remembered. Zerr does not appear in the download list on my laptop anyway! So I cannot go that route. Will I have to download and reinstall the entire program?
