There are ways...and then there are ways. Your linux crowd can use curl, a command in linux, from the command line.

The easiest way, by far, is to use Firefox and the Download Them All extension.

Gotta love Firefox.

I use the DTA extension all the time.

I even got the entire Oxford Bible Commentary that way.

I've found a good source for the text here:

http://biblecommentaries.info/

If no one has started on it, I think I can get this done.

Easy enough, only took a couple of hours thanks to some Microsoft Word macros.

Ooops! Fixed. Thanks for saving me the time of figuring out where those comments went, Peter.

If you are using a Mac, then Sitesucker is a great program for mass downloading of a complete website. Even allows you to ignore robots.txt file. :)

The sound for that goes something like, "sluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrp, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

I just love some of the names given to programs, don't you?!

Blessings,
Stephen (Php 1:21).

Hi Brad,
Yup, you banged the nail right on the head without bending it. That is like saying, "You've never said a truer word in all your life untill now!" But, yep, just ain't like it at all.

Firefox extensions I use for working on resources are:
  • SQLite Manager
  • ScrapBook.
Thought about having DLA, but because I put everything in ScrapBook, I don't need it.

Blessings,
Stephen (Php 1:21).
