You reported the following error report:

AppendStart2 [2] *
BGen2 [31]
<[fmVT.mModules.mBnlx.mSaved2; Click]
<[fmVT; Wait]
Start [44]

This indeed could have been caused if you did not have write privileges.  However, this code you reported in the error report is old, and not in a any recent version of Tooltip Tool NT.

EDIT - Ah - I see!  You are using the old Tooltip Tool, not tooltip Tool NT.  The newest version of the later was released in August of 2012.

Hello

I think, I have use first the ToolTipTool NT 20180319.exe

Than after ToolTipTool NT v 3.52
are the Tools old one?

both versions did not work

But the ToolTipTool NT v 3.52  work now, after the Admin Permision about the Defender.

Greeting

Miro
